I like the way you combined the past two posts to bring home a good point about how important it is for a leader to care about the people they lead.

So many leaders don't do this and i really do not know if they are blind to it or if they just neglect it. But I like that you are shedding some light on that portion of being a good leader.

Tony Dungy really does lead his team differently than most NFL Coaches. I have read some very interesting articles about his coaching style and I would have to agree that he does lead by example. A leadership quality that appears to, at times, be on the endangered species list. Good Post. Brett

I think you did a very nice job on the Author Biography. It is not too over the top with exagerated accomplishments, and you did not say too little to leave all your credibility to the imagination. You have a good balance between your professional qualities and personality. Not to mention you are cute...

I think one of the best points you have is the idea of the Dominating Hero. I think too many teams, business or athletic, attempt to have one person who is the hero. But, take the Rockies for example, when you do not have one single hero you never know where the striking blow will come from. Just look at all the games they won, you never knew who was going to be the hero because any one of them could have been him. Good Points.

Momentum is Great! I try to keep the momentum flowing at my office with my employees to make sure that we produce the best product for our customers. I like the way you laid it out and the order, in order to have the best impact. Good Post.

I like the bio. I think that you took a good approach to it and I enjoyed reading it. I look forward to reading your book as well, even if it is written to men. I think it will help me get a better understanding of the male mindset.
