Shipping & Returns
In order to pass the savings on to our customers, we ship all orders through the United States Postal Service[USPS] by metered mail in a protective packaging. This means the shipment will not be shipped with a tracking number, however, all orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days and you will be notified once it has been shipped. From time to time, due to the popularity of this book we find that our stock does become limited and your order will be place on backorder. You will then receive an email stating when the order will be shipped with the option of having your order refunded. Backorders can take up to 4 weeks.

International Orders and Shipping
We are unable to ship orders internationally; however, we have teamed with Amazon.com in order to complete your request. If you live outside the United States please use this page to puchase your copy of Developing a Million-Dollar Relationship: A Man's Strategy to a Real Relationship

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your product, in fact, JamesSchellman.com is committed to your being 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the product, follow these guidelines.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • We will only accept United State Postal Service, USPS, shipments. We highly recommend that it is sent in a traceable shipment as we will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
  • Send the unharmed/ undamaged product back to us with name and address of the payee.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Upon inspection of returned product, JamesSchellman.com, at its discretion, will issue a refund, less original shipping charges, for the purchase. All returned items that were shipped with the free shipping promotion will be credited less the actual shipping costs.
  • We Apologize: We do not accept returns or exchanges on closeout or MP3's.

SHIPPING ERRORS
It is our intention to process each order with 100% accuracy. Please accept our apologies in advance for any shipping errors. Please Contact us immediately to report the error. We will promptly send out the correct replacement product and pick up the incorrect items.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Any refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping please Contact us immediately. It is very important that you DO NOT discard the damaged packaging. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after 5 business days are subject to denial.

LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to JamesSchellman.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered; you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was indeed not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and JamesSchellman.com shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days from time of purchase Monday - Friday and excluding holidays, provided the product is in stock or unless we happen to be on vacation. Since we are a small publishing business we do go on vacation from time to time but we promise to ship your product as soon as we return. Our goal is to have happy customers, but you understand that we must also have a sound piece of mind.
